We use video calls, shared drives, and annotated mark-ups. You review drawings, renders, and specs online.
Fees depend on area, scope, and timeline. We send a stage-wise proposal with deliverables and payment schedule.
Yes. We plan paid visits at key milestones. Travel and stay are billed at actuals.
Your local contractor executes using our drawings and BOQ. We can review progress remotely and advise.
Typically 2–3 rounds per stage. Extra iterations can be added at agreed fees.
For Delhi NCR, we advise on norms and connect consultants. Elsewhere, we coordinate with your local experts.
Yes. Itemised BOQ, specs, and finish schedules ensure quality control and budget clarity.
Absolutely. We integrate your vendors/brands and align them with our drawings and standards.
We specify custom and ready options. In NCR, we can make/procure/install; elsewhere we provide detailed specs.
CAD/DWG, PDFs, and 3D renders. BIM support on request. Packages are contractor-ready.
For NCR execution, workmanship warranty applies per contract. Manufacturer warranties are passed to you.
Milestone-based: booking advance, design stages, and (for NCR execution) site progress stages via bank transfer/UPI.
